Do you want to learn Self Defense but can’t commit to a weekly class? Do you feel uncomfortable with the idea of being in a class full of men while learning Self Defense? Here is your opportunity to get the training you want in an environment that is comfortable for you.

Join our 3, class one day a month Self Defense program at Elevo Dynamics. Dates are Aug 29th , Sept 26th, Oct 24th from 2:30-4:30pm. Two, make up dates will be available. Ages are 13 up.
