<br>Holiday Shopping and the Arts</br> <br>in the Spirit of Dickens...</br> <br>With the health restrictions of COVID-19 preventing normal event activities, the Arts Council, the Cool Spring Downtown District and the Downtown Alliance of merchants have been working especially hard to create a more extended holiday experience in the Downtown beginning in mid-November and running until the end of December. As it has been said, “ You may not know what’s happening downtown, but you know you’ll always find something unexpected and fun.” This will especially be true on these holiday weekends and in the afternoon and evening of Friday, November 27th with “Holiday Shopping and the Arts in the Spirit of Dickens.”</br>
