Photography/Videography Services

The Cool Spring Downtown District is requesting proposals for local Photographers/Videographers to document the upcoming Night Circus: A Districts New Year’s Eve Spectacular on December 31 from 7:30 PM-12:30 AM.

The Cool Spring Downtown District is a charitable nonprofit organization with a mission to advance arts, entertainment, and economic opportunity for all in downtown Fayetteville. The Cool Spring Downtown District serves the administrator of both the Arts and Entertainment District and the Municipal Service District. We have a five-prong approach to downtown management that includes:

• Economic Vitality
• Marketing and Promotions
• Design and Placemaking
• Programs and Events
• Community Advocacy

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER

SERVICES NEEDED

During the 4th annual Night Circus: A District NYE Spectacular, CSDD is looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and drone operators. The expectation of shots/videography we would like to receive but are not limited to: 

• Stage performances – Headliners, District Viber Performers
• Aerial footage – crowd attendance, NYE Countdown
• Showcase event- vendors, performers, and attractions
• Candids – action shots of attendees enjoying the event. 

At the end of the event, the Cool Spring Downtown District would like to receive:

• Edited images of the event – 50 High Quality Images
• 15-second highlight reel of the event 
• 1-minute highlight reel of the event
