COOL SPRING DOWNTOWN DISTRICT OVERVIEW:

The Cool Spring Downtown District is a charitable nonprofit organization with a mission to grow Downtown Fayetteville as a dynamic hub where, creativity, culture, and commerce thrive. The Cool Spring Downtown District serves the administrator of both the Arts and Entertainment District and the Municipal Service District. We have a five-prong approach to downtown management that includes:

• Welcome
• Attract
• Mobilize

SERVICES NEEDED:

Our organization is seeking design, development, and hosting services to update our existing website. Our goal for our updated website is to create a more user-friendly, visually engaging, and reflective of the new brand. Prioritize navigation, accessibility, and a clear presentation of events, attractions, and business information. essential for shaping a unified and compelling image of Downtown Fayetteville. This project will energize locals and visitors alike in understanding what Downtown has to offer – and share that excitement with others.

NEW WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS:

Cool Spring Downtown District will provide all webpage titles, subtitles, images, and written content to the company for use in the development of the new website. Our new website will need to integrate the following for the new website:

• Staff and User Friendly
• Client Admin Access to update website when needed
• Mobile Friendly
• Clean, Editorial Design
• Optimized with SEO practices
• Event Calendar page with easy integration
  • Wish list – integrate our social media events directly to website
• Business Map/Directory
  • Wish List – Integrate with Google Maps
• Social Media Integration
• Email Signup Landing Page
• Interactive Contact Form
• Site Hosting
• Updates, Backup and Maintenance plan

BUDGET DETAILS:

Cool Spring Downtown District for this project is $15,000-$18,000. All proposals will be considered and weighted based on their merit. Proposals should offer at least two tiers of design cost, with line-item add-ons. Proposals should not exceed a budget of $18,000. Proposals also need to offer plans for maintenance and updates after the launch of website.

RFP AND PROJECT TIMELINE DETAILS

• RFP will be sent: August 25, 2025
• RFP Responses due: September 15, 2025
• Finalist Selected and Notified: September 30, 2025
• Website Design Project begins: October 15, 2025
