Photography/Videography & Influencer Services

The Cool Spring Downtown District is a charitable nonprofit organization with a mission to advance arts, entertainment, and economic opportunity for all in downtown Fayetteville. The Cool Spring Downtown District serves the administrator of both the Arts and Entertainment District and the Municipal Service District. We have a five-prong approach to downtown management that includes:

• Economic Vitality
• Marketing and Promotions
• Design and Placemaking
• Programs and Events
• Community Advocacy

Our organization is seeking photographers, videographers, and influencers to share the authentic voices of the people who live, work, thrive, and having a good time in Downtown Fayetteville.

This project will harness the experiences of our residents, business owners, event attendees, and frequent visitors to craft a narrative that reflects not only the heart of our city but the mission and values of the Cool Spring Downtown District.

SERVICES NEEDED

Highlight genuine stories and experiences from Downtown business owners, residents, vendors, and event attendees during Cool Spring Downtown District events. Develop compelling visual narratives that showcase the district’s vibrant arts, entertainment, and community spirit.

DELIVERABLES

• 1, 30 highlight second video
• 1, 15 second highlight video/reel
• 5, 15 second interview video/reel
• 20 high quality, edited photo

Interested candidates should send their proposals no later than Friday, April 4, 2025 to info@coolspringfay.org. Applicants will be notified on the status of their proposal by Friday, April 11, 2025.
