DESCRIPTION:Welcome to 4th Friday! What is the 4th Friday event? On the 4th Friday of every month\, March – October\, The District features the best of Fayetteville visual and performing arts\, live music\, food trucks\, and street performers on the streets of Fayetteville. Folks of all ages get a taste of Downtown Fayetteville’s dynamic arts and entertainment district while supporting local independent galleries\, bistros\, and shops full of unique goods and gifts. \nThis month we will be highlighting our local poetry community by producing a Poetry Cypher hosted by Poet Empress B on the street\, outside of the Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County at 301 Hay Street. \nIf you are a local poet\, author\, or publisher\, we encourage you to be a part of our 4th Friday celebrating National Poetry Month by using this link: https://www.eventeny.com/events/april-4th-friday-april-25-2025-18273/ \nThe Dogwood Festival will also be taking place during the April 4th Friday.
