It’s your Earth. Celebrate it at the Earth Day is Every Day Festival on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 9 am to 3 pm at Festival Park in Fayetteville.
Sustainable Sandhills is presenting the festival.
The highlight of the event is a 5K and 10K race through portions of Linear Park and the Cape Fear River Trail. All runners receive limited edition, commemorative shirts. The top three male and female finishers in each race receive locally made medals.
The Earth Day is Every Day Festival will also feature an electric vehicle show, local artisans, local food, Super Science Fun Fair presented by Fascinate-U Children’s Museum and environmental education opportunities with community partners including Fayetteville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization; North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services; City of Fayetteville; North Carolina Conservation Network; Cape Fear Botanical Garden and more.
