Cool Spring Downtown District and the City of Fayetteville are pleased to announce the return of Night Circus: A District New Year’s Eve Spectacular for the third year. Last year, organizers were proud to host one of the best NYE parties around, with Grammy-nominated Tony! Toni! Tone! heating the stage as we rang in 2022.
