Who gets to write history and how does that affect our lives? Join the Black On Black Project at The Arts Council of Fayetteville|Cumberland County for a panel discussion and community conversation that will look at the importance of understanding how writers of today dictate how people will remember these times years from now and why more voices are needed. Panelists will include community members and artists in The Arts Council's current exhibition, "Troublesome Presence." The panel will be facilitated by Black On Black Project founder Michael S.
