Fayetteville, NC – The Cool Spring Downtown District Board of Directors is pleased to share that after
a thorough and competitive selection process, Ashanti Bennett, who has served as Interim
President/CEO, has been appointed to the permanent role of President/CEO.
This decision reflects our strong belief in her vision and leadership, which has already guided the
organization through a time of transition. We are confident that Ms. Bennett will continue to serve with
integrity, transparency, and purpose, marked with servant leadership and joy.
