Parking in Downtown Fayetteville is easier than you might think. With a mix of on-street spaces, public garages, surface lots, and nearby spaces within a short walk, there are plenty of options for visitors, residents, and employees.

Like any active downtown, a few things can change depending on the day, time, or event—but once you know the basics, it’s simple to navigate.

What to Know

On-street parking managed by Park Fayetteville is available throughout downtown, with time limits posted by location.
Parking is typically paid during weekdays from 9AM - 5PM and can be accessed using the ParkMobile app or various kiosks throughout the District. Current rate is $1/hour. Some 20-minute limit spaces are available for no fee where designated.
Public parking lots are located within a short walk of shops, restaurants, and venues.
During large events, some surface lots may have a flat special events fee and increased activity.
Private lots set their own rates and availability, which require a permit to park.
These Private Lots are designated by third-party signage.
