For 27 years, families and friends have gathered in Downtown Fayetteville for A Dickens Holiday — a day when familiar streets become a Christmas story and generations come together to make memories.On Friday, November 27, Victorian characters return, music fills the air, carriages roll through the streets, shop doors open and the magic of Christmas seems just a little closer.
Then daylight fades. The lights begin to glow. Candles are raised. Thousands gather together before Dickens After Dark carries the celebration into the evening and our 9 PM Fireworks Finale.
And at the heart of it all is a tradition that belongs to everyone — A Dickens Holiday is FREE to attend.
