Carriage Tours of Olde Fayetteville – JULY 13, 2019

July 13 @ 9:00 am - 1:25 pm
ST-JOE-2-bYRcq2

Carriage Tours of Olde Fayetteville on Saturday July 13 will include a rare opportunity to tour inside the historic St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church, founded in 1873 and built in 1896. Heidi Bleazey from the Fayetteville Area Transportation and Local History Museum will be on site to give the back story on the church’s unique design and the Resurrection Windows made by Tiffany in New York. This “specialty tour” will still include a narrated tour of other historic points of interests and, combined with travel by horse and carriage to St. Joseph’s, will last an hour and a half. However, tickets are the same low price as the standard tour – just $25 per adult, $20 with military ID, and $15 for children under 12.

Tours depart from 222 Hay Street beginning at 9AM. There will be only three tours and advance reservations are strongly advised. Tickets are available by calling the Cool Spring Downtown District
office at 910-223-1089 or online at www.visitdowntownfayetteville.com. If a time slot appears full or if you have any problem reserving online, please call 910-223-1089 for assistance.
